Who we are

Argyle Consulting Group, PLLC (“ACG”) operates this website. Our contact email is devin@argylepllc.com.

Information we receive

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of a message when you contact us voluntarily by email or telephone.
  • Basic technical data: web-hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser identifiers, and error or security logs needed to serve and protect the site.
  • Browser preference: the current site stores a local browser preference when you dismiss the cookie notice. It is not an advertising identifier.

The consultation questionnaire prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store form entries on its server. Your email provider and ours process any message you choose to send. This prototype has no analytics, advertising pixels or social-media embeds.

Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, consider whether an engagement is appropriate, maintain our website, detect abuse, and meet applicable professional and legal obligations. An initial inquiry does not itself establish representation.

When information is shared

We may use service providers for domain registration, website hosting, business email, and security. Those providers may process technical or correspondence information while supporting those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We do not operate a website-based data brokerage or advertising program.

Retention and protection

We keep information for periods appropriate to the inquiry, service relationship, security need, or applicable legal and professional obligations. Actual retention depends on the category of records. We use reasonable safeguards, but ordinary email is not always a secure way to send sensitive information.

Cookies and local storage

See our Cookie Notice for the current configuration and how to revisit the browser preference. No analytics or advertising cookies are configured in this version. Browser local storage also remembers the selected color theme.

Your choices and questions

You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information by writing to devin@argylepllc.com. We will evaluate requests in light of applicable law, professional obligations, and exceptions. You can also clear local browser storage through your browser settings.

Other websites and updates

Links to third-party resources are governed by their own practices. We may update this policy as website operations change; the revision date will be updated accordingly.
