Legal advisory Occupational safety Risk management

Early decisions matter. Citations and agency notices have short deadlines. Call promptly so we can discuss what happens next.
The ACG difference
Safety decisions have legal consequences. Legal advice needs to account for what actually happens in the field. ACG brings both perspectives.
Understand field operations and practical controls, but generally cannot provide legal advice.
Understand legal obligations, but may need time to learn how a jobsite or business actually works.
Legal and field experience together, with advice focused on what is required, what matters, and what works.
Our approach
We distinguish legal requirements, recognized standards, and best practices.
We focus on the exposures that matter most, not paperwork for its own sake.
Clear documentation prepared with regulators, insurers, and future disputes in mind.
Services
Field investigations that find what happened, fix it, and track corrective actions to close.
Company programs, project orientations, toolbox talks, and hazard briefings based on planned work.
Respirable silica, ergonomics, heat illness, and project-specific safety topics.
Documented site and facility assessments that separate legal requirements from best practice.
Choosing and rolling out safety software and AI tools that cut paperwork without weakening the record.
Inspection support, informal conferences, citation contests, and OSHA 300 Log determinations.
Ongoing business legal advice without hiring a full-time attorney.
Contract review and drafting, operating agreements, NDAs, bylaws, and governance.
Demand letters, mechanic’s lien analysis, and the most efficient path to payment or resolution.
Advice on guarantees, ownership rights, and personal interests that differ from the business.
Who we serve
Safety programs, OSHA matters, incident response, contracts, and payment disputes.
Hazard assessments, training, recordkeeping, workplace policies, and compliance.
Entity formation, governance, contracts, financing, pilot agreements, and privacy.

Both. ACG is a Utah professional limited liability company led by a licensed attorney. Legal services and safety consulting are separate services, and each engagement states in writing which one you’re receiving.
Some safety and risk consulting can be performed outside Utah, depending on the assignment. Legal advice is limited to matters Devin is authorized to handle. If another state’s law applies, we address that before accepting the work.
We agree on the scope and fee before beginning. Depending on the work, we use project fees, hourly arrangements, or monthly retainers.
Treat your first inquiry as an introduction, not a secure channel for confidential details. We check conflicts and confirm an engagement before accepting sensitive information. Contacting us does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
Yes, depending on the circumstances and the deadlines. We review notices, documents, and options for responding. Call promptly if there is an active inspection, citation, or incident.
